Что это за часы? - Сергей

Недавно купил в ювелирном магазине часы полет в золотом корпусе 583 пробы (хотя продавались как 585). Часы механические
  с календарем, на циферблате написано ПОЛЕТ 23 камня, и снизу - сделано в СССР. На задней крышке кроме пробы указан номер
  290 71.

 Вот мои вопросы, подскажите если сможете: Что это за часы, какого года выпуска? Что означают цифры 290 71?

Хорошая
  ли это модель, не переплатил ли я, учитывая 16 г. золота,  заплатив 22 тыс. руб.?
