Raketa, what on earth ?

Have been looking around for 24-hour watches and found those raketa watches that are not too expensive.

The problem is
I found 2 kinds of 24-hour raketa wristwatches and am wondering about them ( since one is very ugly and the other is prettier
... ).
Does anyone know if this raketa ( http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=31387&item=4959568410&rd=1
) is older as that one ( http://www.rusplanet.com/product_info.php?cPath=9_12&products_id=1393 ) and those that look the
same only without the KGB sign on the dial ?

The last one seems to be the most commonly found ( haven't been able to
find one like the first on the net yet ).
