How to view information about your order
- If you have made a purchase in our shop, irrespective of its category, or if you have used order section for search of any information and/or goods, then Identification Number is given to your order (it means, that ordering is successful). This ID number and your e-mail address will allow you to view information about condition of your order.
- To receive this information you only need to enter your ID and your e-mail (stated in the order form) in the appropriate fields of rusgoods.ru menu, in the top left corner of the home page of our Web site. After that you'll be able to look through information about your order in a new browser window.
Warranty service
- Warranty covers only technical devices (watches and optical devices).
- Warranty period is valid for 6 months or more if it is stated. The warranty service is effective within this period, in case the buyer has not infringed warranty conditions:
- Do not open the case of the article and repair it yourself.
- Avoid falling, sharp shocks of it, exposing it to strong magnetic fields and chemical agents.
- Avoid exposing the article to temperature extremes.
- Protect the article from ingress of water, dust and dirt.
- Do not check water impermeable of devices which are not water resistant.

You should:
- inform us about the defect of the item (in case of manufacturer defect);
- pay for the back sending of your item (the delivery cost depends on the item itself and way of delivery);

You can choose only Registered Airmail or courier services TNT Express or UPS.
- for TNT and Registered Airmail. The cost of the parcel content should not exceed $40. f
- or UPS. The cost of the parcel content should not exceed $100.
Watches should be marked as "used" or "broken" when being sent for repair.
- After having your package received we check the product to verify the reason of defect.
- In case of manufacturer defect the warranty service is carried out within 1-2 weeks.
- In case of infringement of warranty conditions we inform you about it and about repair costs.
- Then you can:
- pay for repair works and we carry it out within 1-2 weeks. r
- efuse paying for repair works .
- Then we send you the product back.
- Repair term can be increased when the necessary spare parts are not in stock.

Our Returns Policy
You are entitled to return the products back within 15 days after receiving the goods. In advance you should inform us about the receiving date of the goods within 5 days after receipt and enclose a note giving the reason of the return via e-mail to the address below: You can not return the products if there is an infringement of conditions:
- We make refunds of an order sum.
- We accept the return of all goods only if they are unopened and in their original packing, in the box of the manufacturer, with all necessary documentation, warranty certificate, user's manual and all spare parts. Do not mark and spoil the manufacturer packing, because we'll not accept the return of the items. We reserve the right to withdraw an order without refund in case you cancel to accept package.
- We accept the return only of technical devices: watches and optical devices.
- We are UNABLE to accept returns of: laser images inside glass, DVD, books, souvenirs and gifts.

If you haven't insured your returns we do not refund an order sum and the item is not considered to be returned in case of its loss while delivering.
