In the year of 2000 the gifts reserve of the Russian President replenished by the unique book "Moscow Kremlin on the border of thousand years".
The book was prepared by Russian Ministry of Culture, Administration of Russian President, Board of President's Affairs of RF with the support of Fund of social garanties and spiritual development "Assistance".
The Residence of the President of Russia in the Senate's Palace, ceremonial and orders halls of the Big Kremlin Palace, the private half of the Big Kremlin Palace, Guests' Annnex and Patriarch's Palace in Moscow Kremlin are represented in this masterpiece of printing art. Most of the Kremlin apartments-Audience room, Fire-Place Hall, the Red Drawing Room, Empresse's Bedroom - are photographed for the first time, especially for the album "Moscow Kremlin on the border of thousand years".
The first Russian President Boris Yeltsin (the first copy belongs to him), Russian President Vladimir Putin, Patriarch of the Russian Orthodox church Alexy II , chairmen of the both chambers of Rusian Parliament, artists and scientists are among the few owners of the book. Russian President gave this book as a gift to the Pope Yaohan Paul II and to the French President jake Shirak.
