Kaleidoscope

This kaleidoscope is made in the style of Fedoskino lacquered miniatures.

We have used the original author's subjects made by the highly skilled painters-miniaturists. In the items our artists have preserved traditional materials and technologies which have come through centuries from the masters of "Lukutinsky lacquered business" the predecessor of all Russian lacquered enterprises (Fedoskino, Palekh, Mstjora, Kholuy).

The case of the kaleidoscope is made of papier-mache, the amazing material which has the unique qualities that make all the items durable, refined and handy.

We also combine different materials: papier-mashe and wood, glass and metal, leather and papier-mashe. Each item involves work of the whole team: designer, painter, jeweller, stone- carving master and others. Thus, we achieve high quality and uniqueness of our kaleidoscopes. The plinth for the kaleidoscope is made of fine wood, the feet are made of rock crystal.

 The set includes two copes made of semiprecious stones: chrysolite, jasper, amber, garnet, agate,chalcedony, rock crystal, nacre. The copes easily exchange places which enables to create new fascinating patterns.

The kaleidoscopes of this very kind are produced in limited edition that gives them additional collectional value.

Mainly the pictorial series differ one from another by the kaleidoscope's decoration and miniature's subject. You can order a unique kaleidoscope according to your own sketch and wishes.

The subject painting includes various landscapes, architecture, genre-painting, copies of pictures, your photo.
